Public offer (Terms of Service)

This public offer is an official proposal by the Service Provider to enter into an agreement with any natural person (the “User”) on the terms set out below.

This offer may be published on the Website and in Telegram bots used to pay for the services. Acceptance of the terms and payment for the services constitute conclusion of the agreement. The User must read this document in full before making a payment.

1. Terms
1.1. Service — the Provider’s software and hardware complex that gives the User access to VPN configurations/keys via compatible apps.
1.2. VPN key / Configuration — data that allows the User to connect through a VPN client.
1.3. Telegram bot — @vpnvolnabot, used for ordering, payment, subscription management, and receiving access data.
1.4. Website — https://main.volnavps.online
1.5. Subscription — the right to use the Service under the selected plan for a period (1 / 3 / 12 months) or a “lifetime” plan where offered.
1.6. Free trial — trial access for 5 (five) days from activation.
1.7. Acceptance — actions expressing consent: activating the free trial and/or paying for a Subscription and/or using a VPN key/configuration.

2. Subject
2.1. The Provider grants access to the Service by issuing a VPN key/configuration; the User must comply with this agreement and pay for paid plans.
2.2. Services are for personal, non-commercial use.
2.3. Supported platforms: iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Android TV. Routers are not supported.
2.4. The Provider is not a telecom operator and does not provide Internet access.

3. Access
3.1. Subscriptions are managed in the Telegram bot and/or the Website account.
3.2. Access is usually granted immediately after trial activation or confirmed payment.
3.3. Current prices and plan terms are published on the Website and/or in the Telegram bot and form part of this agreement.

4. Quality and limitations
4.1. Speed and stability depend on the User’s network, routing, load, device/software settings, and third-party restrictions.
4.2. Continuous speed is not guaranteed. Under normal conditions an indicative inbound speed of about 20 Mbps may be available, but this is not an unconditional warranty.
4.3. In some countries the Service may be unstable or unavailable due to local restrictions.

5. Payment
5.1. Payment is made in rubles via the Telegram bot and/or Website using available payment methods.
5.2. The payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment system confirms success and/or the Provider records the payment.

6. Auto-renewal
6.1. Fixed-term plans may auto-renew. The User may disable auto-renewal before the next charge.
6.2. If auto-renewal is disabled, the Subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Fair use
7.1. Unless a plan states otherwise, it is recommended not to use the same access on more than 5 devices and/or more than 5 simultaneous connections.
7.2. The Provider may apply protective measures if use creates excessive load or breaches this agreement.

8. Prohibited use
8.1. The Service must not be used for unlawful purposes, spam, phishing, malware, DDoS/DoS, hacking, infringement of third-party rights, resale, or systematic sharing of access with third parties.

9. Suspension
9.1. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for breaches of sections 7–8, interference with the Service, or lawful requests by authorities.

10. Refunds
10.1. Refunds are made where required by applicable law and when the service was not delivered due to the Provider’s fault.
10.2. Refund requests: Telegram support @volnavps (typically up to 2 business days).

11–12. Force majeure and liability
The parties are excused for force majeure. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for the User’s Internet quality, third-party limits, app stores, OS/devices, or indirect losses. Liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the last paid period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Personal data
Processed under applicable law and the Privacy Policy on the Website. Card data is processed by payment providers; the Provider does not store full card numbers.

14–16. Changes, term, disputes
The Provider may update this offer upon publication. Fixed-term agreements last for the paid Subscription period. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation. Support: @volnavps.
