- Improving the Website, the application, and the Telegram chatbot,

3.1. To provide services, the Operator collects PD of the following categories of subjects: website users (visitors); application and chatbot users.
3.2. Website users — cookies (including essential and analytics cookies); digital fingerprint data; information about user actions on the website; technical data about the device and IP address.
3.3. Application and chatbot users — user information: user ID (Telegram ID); connection details; activity details: device type, operating system, application version.

4. Collection and processing of PD
4.1. PD is processed with the data subject’s consent, and without consent where permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Operator collects and receives PD when forms are submitted on the Website, during registration in the application and chatbot, and automatically when the Website, application, and chatbot are used via cookies and similar technologies.

5.1. Personal data is processed by the Operator using non-automated, automated, and mixed methods.

6. Termination of PD processing
6.1. The Operator stops processing a subject’s PD if the subject withdraws consent, the retention period expires, or the processing purposes have been achieved.

7. Retention periods
7.1. We process your personal data from the moment you give consent.
7.2. The retention period is calculated from the start of use of the chatbot, application, or Website.

8. Legal grounds, methods, and storage of PD
8.1. Legal grounds for processing personal data include federal laws, civil-law contracts, and customer statements (consents, powers of attorney).
8.2. PD processing methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, retrieval, use, transfer, deletion, destruction, and updating (clarification, modification).

9. Operator functions when processing personal data
9.1. The Operator takes measures necessary and sufficient to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, publishes this Policy, protects personal data, and stops processing in cases provided by law.

10. Personal data protection measures
10.1. Measures include segregation of personal data, separate storage, security during transmission, storage of physical media under conditions that ensure integrity, and internal control of compliance with legal requirements.

11. Rights of personal data subjects
11.1. Data subjects have the right to full information about their PD, access to it, rectification, blocking or destruction, withdrawal of consent, appeal against the Operator’s actions, and other rights provided by law.

12. Changes to the Policy
12.1. The Operator may amend the Policy at any time. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
12.2. By continuing to use the Website, the application, or the Telegram bot, the data subject confirms acceptance of the updated Policy.
